Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Smile4Jesus.
